1. Who we are

Get It Done is an independent provider of business support services in Nigeria. We are not a government agency and we are not the Corporate Affairs Commission.

2. Services

We provide registration assistance, document preparation, company profiles, website design and branding services. The scope of each engagement is defined by the service page, package or quote you accept.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and documents. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information are not our responsibility.

4. Fees

Service fees are shown before payment. Where statutory or government fees apply, they are shown separately from our service fee. Statutory fees are set by third parties and may change.

5. No guarantees on third-party decisions

We do not guarantee approval of any application submitted to a government agency, nor do we guarantee funding, loans, visas or any other third-party decision.

6. Delivery and revisions

Estimated delivery times are stated per service. Revisions are provided as described in the service or quote you accept.

7. Intellectual property

On full payment, final deliverables prepared for you become yours. Working files and templates remain ours unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the service fee paid for that service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform means you accept the update.
